Kathryn qualified as a further education teacher at Hackney College in 1994 specialising in vocational education for 16 to 19 year olds.

Teenagers love working with her because her teaching style is fun, effective and never boring. She is exciting to work with and instills in teens true self-belief.

Her classroom techniques focus on practical learning so participants come away with the tools to make things happen for themselves.

During her 30 year career she has trained and coached over 1,000 young people and helped them into successful careers.

From an ordinary start and schooling in Bolton she has had a highly successful career herself. Her achievements show there is no limit to a career if you choose what you are good at and are prepared to work hard.

She feels passionately that every teenager should be given the chance to thrive in our ever changing world and to land the best career for them.
